SkinTemp^TM II Rope

Regardless of the size and type, all wounds follow the same path to healing. While the body’s complex healing mechanism occurs simultaneously, individual areas of the wound may respond at different rates. Often complications can slow or halt the healing process. Hence, SkinTemp™ II Dressings have been modified in the form of ropes to ensure complete application on the wound surface.

SkinTemp™ II Ropes are porous collagen strips without non-adherent backing which may be manipulated into a coil and/or packing material depending upon the wound structure. Rope maintains its integrity in moist wound environment and can be easily removed if/when indicated.

SkinTemp™ II Ropes are indicated for deep, tunneling, and heavily exudating wounds.
